1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within a maximum of 24 hours after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed before 2 PM → shipped on the same business day .

  • Orders placed after 2 PM → shipped the next business day .

  • Orders placed on Friday → shipped on Monday , due to the suspension of delivery services over the weekend.

2. Delivery Times

Mainland Portugal

  • Delivery within 1 to 2 business days after shipment.

Islands (Madeira and Azores)

  • Delivery within 3 to 5 business days after shipment.

International Shipments (outside of Portugal)

  • Standard delivery time: 5 to 8 business days.

  • Express: up to 4 business days.

3. Transportation company

All shipments are made through CTT , guaranteeing security, reliability, and tracking of orders.

4. Shipping Options and Costs

Mainland Portugal

  • Standard: €9 — delivery in 1 to 2 business days.

  • Express: R$ 15 — delivery within 24 hours.

  • Cash on Delivery: €14.50 — delivery in 2 to 3 business days.

  • Free Shipping:

    • Orders over €200 (standard shipping)

    • Orders over €250 (cash on delivery)

Outside of Portugal

  • Standard: €15 — delivery in 5 to 8 business days.

  • Express: R$ 25 — delivery within 2 business days.

⚠️ Note: Cash on delivery is not available for international shipments.
