Return policy

At Salutia , customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Due to the specific nature of the products we sell, we do not accept returns of items that have been used, opened, or started .

Exchanges or returns are accepted only in the situations described below.


1. Incorrect product shipped.

If the customer receives a product different from what was ordered, Salutia will replace it at no additional cost , including shipping costs.


2. Mistake in product selection by the customer.

If the customer has incorrectly selected the product at the time of purchase, they may request an exchange.
In this case, the shipping costs associated with the return and the new shipment are the customer's responsibility .


Procedure for Requesting an Exchange or Return

  • The request must be made within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the order .

  • The product must be sealed, show no signs of use , and be in its original packaging .

  • To begin the process, the customer must contact our team through the Customer Support page, providing the order number and the reason for the request.


Important Notes

  • Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or have damaged packaging .

  • Salutia is not responsible for delays or problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges or returns that do not meet the conditions described above.
